We are delighted to announce the foundation of citadelle systems AG! On March 27, 2019, the founders gathered in Frankfurt to launch a new national champion in the IT services landscape. The new company, headquartered in Essen, will build nationwide coverage through the constant takeover of IT services providers. The founding team includes experts from IT, M&A, finance and consulting. Supervisory Board members are Andreas Rupp (Partner Legal at Ebner Stolz), Polo Looser (entrepreneur and M&A advisor) and Achim Himmelreich (Global Head Consumer Engagement, Consumer Products & Retail at Capgemini). Immediately, the Supervisory Board held its first meeting and elected Andreas Rupp as its chairman and Polo Looser as deputy chairman. Executive Board members are Tobias Kaulfuss (CEO) and Noel Kienzle (COO).
